It's very hard to give a time period to correcting your anterior pelvic tilt because individuals differ so much. Each case of anterior pelvic tilt is different than the other. In my experiences I would say that it definitely depends on how long you have had this postural problem. The longer you have had bad movement and positions the longer it will take to fix.
