Jenn, a yoga instructor on the Peninsula in San Francisco, teaches a fluid and invigorating vinyasa yoga class on Saturday mornings at 10:30 at the studio in Menlo Park, CA. Students love her personal approach, and she enjoys watching them develop strength and agility. It's very hard to give a time period to correcting your anterior pelvic tilt because individuals differ so much. Each case of anterior pelvic tilt is different than the other. In my experiences I would say that it definitely depends on how long you have had this postural problem. The longer you have had bad movement and positions the longer it will take to fix.
